Omelets Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp of butter
6 pcs of eggs
6 Tbsps of water
1 tsp of black pepper
1 Tbsp of parsley (fresh); chopped finely
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Melt the butter on a saucepan. Combine water and eggs; beat thoroughly then add parsley then pepper. Pour onto the heated butter and tilt pan to even out the cooking; sprinkle salt. Flip omelet then continue cooking till set. Fold then place on a warm plate.
