Plain Scrambled Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs eggs
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbsps butter
Toasted bread
Instructions:
To prepare dish for four persons, you can use about six whole eggs. Crack eggs and beat by hand for about four beats. Do not overbeat.
Season with pepper and salt, about half a teaspoon each. Heat up your pan and melt a tablespoon or two of margarine or butter. Pour the beaten eggs.
Using your fork, continuously scrape off eggs so that it does not get burned or does not stick long enough to brown the edges. Consistency should be yellow and soft and bit crumbly but not burned at all.
Serve this with bacon bits on top alongside toasted bread.
