Scalloped Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 c chicken (cold); cooked & chopped finely OR may use fish
8 ozs milk
2 Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps butter
4 pcs eggs; hard boiled
Instructions:
Finely chop all eggs. Melt butter using a saucepan then add flour. Slowly add milk. Heat ’till boiling.
Season with pepper and salt. Place chopped eggs inside your ramekin then pour over the chopped meat. Decant butter mixture, then repeat ’till everything has been used up.
Sprinkle bread crumbs generously on top then bake until top is golden in color.
