Scrambled Eggs with Shrimps Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs (large); beaten well
5 oz of shrimps (canned or fresh)
1 pc of bell pepper (green); chopped
1 c of tomato (strained)
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Place butter inside a medium saucepan then add pepper; stir till pepper becomes tender. Add tomato, shrimps, and salt; let it boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and let it simmer.
Cook the beaten eggs and place them on a warm platter with toasted bread on the side. Pour the tomato-shrimp mixture on top. Serve at once.
