Shirred Eggs Cooking Tip

Instructions:

Have bottom part of small individual serving dishes greased lightly w/ butter & little portion of bread-crumbs. Drop in 2 eggs into every dish then allow to stand inside a dish placed over pan filled w/ heated water.

Place inside oven to cook ’til eggwhites set. Have every dish dotted w/ butter then season w/ pepper and salt.
