Spanish Omelet Recipe
Ingredients:
6 pcs of eggs; beaten well
6 Tbsps of water
1 tsp of pepper
1 Tbsp of chopped parsley
1 tsp of onion juice
6 pcs of bacon strips (cooked)
1 Tbsp of chopped onion
For the garnish:
Bell peppers (red or green); chopped
2 Tbsps of stewed tomatoes
Instructions:
Combine eggs, water, pepper, parsley, juice, chopped bacon, and onion; beat them well. Cook into an omelet. Transfer on a warm plate and garnish if desired.
