Steak And Eggs Recipe
Ingredients:
A small amount of pepper (white)
A small amount of cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp of juice (onion)
1 Tbsp of parsley; minced
4 Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps butter
8 ozs milk
8 ozs of ham; cooked & diced finely
6 pcs of eggs; hard boiled
Instructions:
Finely chop hard boiled eggs. Mix with your finely chopped ham then mix in the onion (juice), pepper and parsley.
Combine the flour and butter by hand until it resembles coarse crumbs then slowly incorporate your milk. Whip up gently ’till you reach a velvet consistency. Season with salt.
Decant your milk mixture to the egg mixture and set it aside in the fridge in order to harden a bit. When the mixture is cold, it can be manipulated by hand, form it to a patty or pork chop.
Moisten the patty in some beaten egg incorporated with one tablespoon of tap water. Roll chop on to some bread crumbs. Deep fry. Turn once when crumbs have browned.
Serve alongside diced tomatoes or steak sauce.
