Swiss Souffle Recipe
Ingredients:
3 pc of egg white; beaten till stiff
3 pc of egg yolk; beaten well
Maraschino cherries; drained
1 Tbsp of confectioner’s sugar
Grated lemon zests (from 1 pc of lemon)
Juice (from zested lemon)
Instructions:
Beat whites till stiff then add confectioner; beat thoroughly. Add beaten yolks; mix thoroughly. Add zests and juice; mix thoroughly. Heap onto individual (ovenproof) plates.
Place a cherry inside (on the center) and sift over confectioner’s. Bake quickly for 3 mins then pour the cherry liquor on top of cherry. Serve at once.
